With eight years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve worked in wilderness therapy, residential treatment, and outpatient settings, guiding individuals and couples through life’s challenges.
My approach is warm, inviting, and deeply rooted in the belief that our past experiences shape how we navigate present challenges. I take a Psychodynamic and attachment-based approach to help my clients explore relational patterns that influence their emotions, behaviors, and connections with others. By bringing these dynamics into awareness, we create the opportunity for lasting change, greater self-understanding, and more fulfilling relationships.
I work with individuals of all ages and couples, offering a nonjudgmental space where insight and healing can unfold. If you find yourself repeating painful cycles or struggling to understand your emotions, we can work together to uncover the deeper roots of your experience and create meaningful transformation.
